This retreat is more than 10 years in the making. As a psychologist with a focus on role psychology and character development, I was always inspired by ancient myths and hero stories.
And every time I visited Rome, I felt a deep knowing that I would do retreats here. Personal retreats, focused on important role decisions for people. This is how I came up with the idea of combining the city with its heroes (artists, emperors) with my own methodologies, which focus on role decisions and role transitions.
But it was only since 2023 that I wanted to add the dimension of Soul, by being inspired by the work of James Hillman and Bill Plotkin. This was for me the last puzzle for this retreat.
Whatever your situation is, you are always in transition - for one person it's a change of roles, for another it's a change of systems. My belief is that every transition in your life serves a soul purpose (which you usually find out years later!).
My work during these retreats is to guide you in the transition you are currently in, or the transition that you know it will come in the near future. And this guidance is always done with your Soul's Code as our compass.
