Leadership Retreats in Rome

This retreat is for leaders who want to align their roles and activities with their core potential (what we call the Soul's Code, after the book by James Hillman). With the aim that your role feels lighter, and you feel more alive. But most of all that you act within your highest point of value.

For some time you have a sense that you need to (re)align your roles and activities with your core (during the retreat we call this The Soul's Code, after the book of the same name by James Hillman). So that your roles feel lighter and more alive, and you act within your highest value. This may also mean that you will soon have to make important role decisions, in which you would like guidance or facilitation.

The retreat is focused on your current reality, and is not intended to heal anything within you or to resolve traumatic wounds. It is aimed at letting go, but also expanding (in the now) specific activities and conditions in your roles. The basis of the retreat is that you choose people and activities that serve your Soul, and not the other way around. Every act in your role should reflect you, not somebody else. The way we do this is by learning from the role decisions of Rome’s greatest emperors (what we call your Hero Roles) and Rome’s greatest artists (what we call your Artist Roles).

> Learning to adapt your role and leadership to the phase of (the organization, your family, your relationship).
> Learning to see pure potential - of yourself, of others, of systems ('The Eyes of the Father and The Eyes of the Mother').
> Expand or give back space (your space, and the space of other people).
> Learn to assess aliveness, and health (of yourself, others, and of the system) and act accordingly.

The retreat is personal, with 3 or 4 people. It is a relaxed retreat, with beautiful philosophical themes based on The Soul's Code by James Hillman and Soulcraft by Bill Plotkin. I am inviting positive people with depth in their feeling and thinking. Every group is shaped in a way that the role decisions are somewhat similar, so you learn from each other and also help each other within the same role themes.
